Biology / Life Sciences Tutor for ages 11-18; Business Management 11-18 years

I hold a certificate an Masters In Administration (MBA); Bachelor In Education (BED) in Educational Planning Policy Studies; plus Certificate in Education. l am a teacher by profession, and then l professional developed to be a part time Online E-learning tutor for undergraduate with University of South Africa;(UNISA). l do extensive research on Business Management studies as l am currently pursuing my PHD in Economic Development with UNISA . l am a dedicated, hardworking, determined teacher, who works an extra mile with minimal supervision. ln my call of duty, l plan inline with syllabus through power point presentation, acquire necessary resources to execute my teaching and learning session. l afford learners classroom discussion to allow them express their views, develop their interpersonal presentation skills, inert their inner abilities, and expose them to public speaking. At the same l do classroom management through managing the class register, to monitor their attendance and intervene where necessary ,when there is constant absenteeism, at the same time maintain discipline among learners in order to inculcate sense of respect for others and value individual capabilities and capacities. l conduct continuous and summative evaluation and provide feed back to parents, consult parents of learners with educational challenges. l also provide counseling to those with family challenges and refer such cases to relevant institutions. l am an HOD for (Biology) life Sciences, which comprise subjects like Chemistry, Physics, Biology for grades 8-9, and life Sciences for grades 10-12. l teach Business studies / Economic Management Sciences (EMS) in grades 8-9. As an HOD l manage the department with 10 teachers, where l do staffing, time tabling, initiate intervention programs, resource management, conduct departmental meeting, being responsible for the performance of the department, report progress to the Principal and the District. l sit in School Management Team where we plan the day to day running activities in the school, and conduct yearly strategic planning. l am a National Marker , for National Senior Certificate (Matric) grades 12 where l am also a senior marker in charge of 50 markers and the development of novice markers. l spearhead the teacher's welfare program to keep them united and motivated. l am an achiever in all aspects.
