Maths tutor up to GCSE (also able to teach Maths in BSL)

Hi I’m Jen, a Maths tutor based in North Wales with over 10 years teaching experience. I really love getting to know my students and personalising my teaching to help them get the most out of all their lessons.

Most of my career has been spent teaching and supporting students with additional needs particularly autism and ADHD. I taught in SEN schools for around 6 years, and I like to use this experience to find creative ways to engage my students.

I also have a level 6 BSL (British Sign Language) qualification and I am happy to tutor Maths in BSL and/or English. I have worked with adults in the d/Deaf community as well as supporting young people with a hearing loss to get the most out of their education.

If you are an adult who is looking to brush on your Maths skills or want to be able to help your children more with their homework, then please get in touch. Hopefully I can help you to reduce any fears you have about Maths, build your confidence and make Maths fun again.
