A highly qualified neurodivergent tutor ready to support neurodivergent and special needs students

Hello. My name is Teacher Kat. I have worked with neurodivergent and special needs students. I have an MEd Psychology of Education from the University of Manchester with BPS Graduate Membership. I also have a BA (Hons) in Education with Special educational Needs from Liverpool Hope University. I have over nine years (including three years online) experience of working with students who have specific learning and/or neurological differences. I have worked with students in a multitude of educational settings including primary and secondary schools, early years and online settings.
I love teaching using the specialised interests to create engaging and exciting lessons to address the developmental needs of students and allow them to reach their potential.
In my lessons I am able:
- to create engaging lessons teaching numeracy skills using students special interests
- to create lessons to embed fundamental mathematical principles to ensure progress.
