I have tutored previously, so using that experience I will use a teaching model that includes highlighting at the beginning of the session what will be gone over. Then moving into the lesson, breaking down each area as we go and answering questions along the way. I want to make sure students understand the section we are on before moving on as I feel grasping one subject matter fully, even if we move slower, is better then skimming material for the sake of getting through the lesson. After going through each section and answering questions along the way. I will end the session by highlighting key things/terms we went over, and asking the student if there was anything that specifically interested them or still confused them.
