Building Confidence Through English Mastery

I am a fully qualified English teacher with a decade of experience guiding GCSE students through both Language and Literature. Prior to my teaching career, I worked as a Learning Support Assistant, which equipped me with valuable insights into the needs of students with additional learning requirements. In 2023, I embarked on a Master's Degree in Psychodynamic Counselling and Therapy, and since then, I have had the pleasure of teaching GCSE English students online in one-on-one sessions, all while balancing my studies. My experience as a marker for AQA has deepened my understanding of exam techniques and what constitutes a top-level answer. With 15 years of immersion in the education system and a heartfelt passion for understanding individual journeys, I strive to be a skilled teacher who inspires confidence in my students, empowering them to conquer their exams with enthusiasm!
