To encourage comprehension and mastery of content, facilitate learning, develop critical thinking, encourage life-long learning and serve as a mentor. I am a result-oriented teacher, who is self-driven and always focused to excel in what am assigned to.

I adequately use the course materials, lesson plans, activities, assignments, and assessment instruments in my undertakings. In order to reach my lesson objectives, I use team-based learning, group work, active interacting lessons, simulations and case studies. At the end of every lesson or topic, I test the learning process via papers tests, projects, homework et al to know if learning took place and also improve my teaching strategies.
