I'm excited to offer my pedagogical skills to that I have acquired and polished for the last 10 years plus. As a profession, I encourage comprehension and mastery of content, facilitate learning, develop critical thinking, encourage life-long learning and serve as a mentor. I am a result-oriented teacher, who is self-driven and always focused to excel in what am assigned to. Am able to stay focused on different tasks, use my time, capability and my physical space efficiently and effectively to acquire the best outcome within the stipulated timings.

I adequately use the course materials, lesson plans, activities, assignments, and assessment instruments in my undertakings. In order to reach my lesson objectives, I use team-based learning, group work, active interacting lessons, simulations and case studies. At the end of every lesson or topic, I test the learning process via papers tests, projects, homework et al to know if learning took place and also improve my teaching strategies.

I often use different approaches depending on the topic which may include but not limited to: blended learning, project-based learning, flipped classroom, virtual teaching, socratic teaching, PBL, KWL model and other learner centered approaches.
