Westminster School student, BMO Medallist, BMO2 Distinction and UKMT camp attendee teaching 7+, 11+, 13+ and GCSE

I am currently an A Level student at Westminster School, a top performing school in the UK. I have achieved full marks in the UKMT Intermediate and Senior Maths Challenges multiple times, earned medals in the British Mathematical Olympiad and other national competitions, and was awarded a Distinction in BMO2. I also achieved a Grade 9 in GCSE Mathematics and an A in Additional Mathematics.

I am passionate about showing students that maths is built on patterns and logical structure. Once you see the underlying structure, even difficult topics begin to feel natural and manageable.

In my teaching, I encourage questions and focus on ensuring students understand why something works, rather than simply memorising methods. My aim is for students not only to solve problems, but to feel that they could have derived the solution themselves. Above all, I prioritise building confidence, because confidence is what ultimately drives both excellent results and a lasting appreciation for mathematics.
