*For example one area that comes up again and again is PROCRASTINATION. If you procrastinate you are not lazy and it's not because you are bad at time management. At the root of procrasintation is an emotional issue that needs to be addressed. I have spent years coaching people through and out the other side of their procrasintation.

It is important to me that our sessions are enjoyable - fun even sometimes. That way you come to our meetings because you WANT TO not because you should do. I have always started from the point of view that happy relaxed brains are creative receptive brains.
