I have twenty years experience as an Academic in a Russell Group University I was a Master’s level programme Director in the business and medical schools for senior leadership and management. Plus working with many other undergraduate programmes in business and management, I have twenty years coaching and tutoring experience in one to one sessions online to bring out the best in the students abilities for academies skills in writing and researching for papers, projects and dissertations. I have written and graded final exams and projects and can help students understand what the examiner is looking for through marking rubrics aligned to what level student is in their studies, 1st, 2nd 3rd year etc. I help coach the student through the writing process, and will give pertinent feedback to enable the student push their boundaries. I am very experienced with working with international students from a vast number of countries, and ages from 18 to Chief Executive’s of large organisations doing their MBA. My students have come from all walks of life attending both the Business school and the Medical schools where I worked. I have not only helped many students in their studies at the time but also in sponsoring and supporting them in their quest to move onto masters and post doctoral studies, often mentoring them over the years. My style is a partnership in how we work co-managing the input and output of our one to one sessions, and find the optimal times for sessions for us.
