I have extensive experience in education, teaching, student support, and academic management. Throughout my teaching career, I have successfully supported students in developing their communication skills, improving their confidence, and becoming more active participants in the learning process. One of my key teaching achievements has been creating engaging and supportive learning environments where students feel comfortable expressing themselves and practicing English without fear of making mistakes. I have successfully adapted lessons and teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles, proficiency levels, and individual student needs. I have also developed strong skills in classroom management, lesson planning, student engagement, and providing constructive feedback. My experience has enabled me to motivate students, encourage participation, monitor individual progress, and provide personalized guidance to help learners overcome their areas of difficulty. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in English Literature, which has further strengthened my English proficiency, academic communication, critical thinking, and ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
