Have close to 6 years teaching experience, this has open my eyes professionally as l have been exposed to various learners with different abilities. In order to embrace the said abilities my teaching methods seeks to engage learners thus making them participatory during lesson delivery. The format employed is more of a step by step process which will allows one to follow up on the lesson individually.
