I have passion in sustainable high quality teaching and learning through use of various pedagogical skills such as the capacity to plan, initiate, lead and develop education and teaching with the departure point in both general and subject-specific knowledge of student learning. It is also the capacity to connect the teaching to research in the subject of interest.This can include skills like writing clearly, knowing how to engage learners in class so as to pay attentionOutside the classroom, my communication skills can be useful for talking to parents about their child's progress and needs.. Pedagogical skills assist teachers in planning and assessing lesson plans, grade books, attendance tracking, unit tests, progress reports, and report cards. Teachers need to present a more effective instructional methodology that equips learners with knowledge and skills by stimulating creativity.
I can track performance through data triangulation and personal observation and this enables me to give attention to every student and coming up with various intervention strategies to meet the student's specific need. This can be achieved by creating extra time to support a specific learner, giving extra work and attention to specific learners and at times requesting for support from other teachers.
I know how to differentiate lessons for learners of various abilities. I incorporate various teaching techniques such as modifying the content,the pace, or process of instruction to meet the needs of individual students. When differentiating learning I consider every learners need.
