I teach with perseverance, care, and love for students through various methods and proper guidance in assessing student's ability, this will be followed by procedures (pre-test and post-test) to raise the level of student ability. It is also necessary to use strategies that are appropriate to the student's needs, such as the following methods: 1. Ensuring correct spelling and writing correct sentences and grammar. 2. Guiding the basic needs of the subject such as assignments, 3. Guiding the performance evaluation of teachers at school, 4. Practicing various strategies. All of these are very necessary in all subjects.
