A facilitator to embodiment of presence with assertiveness

Advert description
Lessons are one to one or group. I work as a body-oriented systemic coach, integrating somatic awareness with leadership and personal development coaching. My practice is informed by the Alexander Technique, Systemic Constellations, trauma-informed approaches, and an ongoing commitment to professional learning, reflective practice, and lifelong development.
Giorgina in a nutshell
My lessons are grounded in the foundation of presence—your ability to sense, feel, and perceive what is unfolding in your life at this very moment. My lessons are grounded in the foundation of presence—your ability to sense, feel, and perceive what is unfolding in your life at this very moment. We begin with what is here now: your current challenges, the movements within your agency, the clarity or confusion within your intention, and the placement of your attention. By returning to these essential elements, we create the conditions for deeper integration and open the doorway to what the future may be holding in store for you.
Our work together starts with establishing the basics. When we root ourselves in awareness, we make space to listen more closely to the subtle signals of the body and the quieter truths of the mind. From this grounded place, you can begin to meet the future not with fear or resistance, but with curiosity, readiness, and a sense of inner steadiness.
A key part of this process involves noticing patterns—especially the habitual responses that no longer serve you. These may be behaviours, thought loops, or emotional reactions that keep you stuck. By observing them without judgment, we can gently understand their purpose and begin to release what constrains you.
Equally important is noticing what is missing: the moments of ease, spaciousness, or connection that may have faded from daily life. As we explore these absences, we invite a return to softness and resilience. Rather than bracing against challenges, we learn to relax into them, creating the inner conditions necessary for growth, transformation, and genuine well-being.
