Advert description
I’m Jasmine, a Psychology graduate (BSc Hons, University of Manchester) with a 2:1 overall and a First in my dissertation on racial bias in the treatment of sickle cell disease in the UK. My passion for Psychology began early, having studied it at both GCSE and International Baccalaureate level, where I achieved a 6.
I also hold a Level 5 Diploma in Clinical and Medical Administration, which has strengthened my understanding of how psychological theory applies to healthcare, wellbeing, and professional practice. This background allows me to bring real-world relevance to my lessons, helping students connect academic content to practical, clinical contexts.
Having completed the IB Diploma at Dartford Grammar School, I’m experienced in teaching across GCSE, A-level, and IB Psychology. My approach focuses on breaking down complex theories, improving essay and exam technique, and developing students’ ability to apply psychological ideas critically and confidently.
Beyond my academic studies, I’ve worked as a peer mentor and assistant coach, gaining valuable experience in motivating and supporting young learners. My lessons are interactive, well-structured, and tailored to each student’s learning style and goals. Whether you’re preparing for exams or want to deepen your understanding of human behaviour, I’ll help you learn with confidence, curiosity, and clarity.
