I believe everyone can create art. My focus is guiding students to learn how to find their own personal style.

As an Arts educator I provide a learning environment where students feel comfortable to experiment, research and practice with a variety of media. In this environment students discover connections, concepts, and methods that help them appreciate the aesthetics of art, create and share artwork in their own personal style, develop work ethics, and utilize critical thinking skills that will enhance their studies across the academic curricula. My curriculum design and objectives are derived from several perspectives that include arts standards, nature, movement, mythology, culture, studio art, history, language arts, math, science, music, dance, and theater.
