I'm patient, persistent and most importantly very encouraging as I do believe people's capabilities are different and everyone does need extra attention and encouragement and always ready and willing to lean a thing or 2 from each other

First I would ensure I get to understand my student as an individual so as to create an effective learning environment. Then from there we get to talk about the students needs expectations and the mode of study that will be most suitable in teaching this subject
