Teaching should not be one-size-fits-all. Mt tutees are taught in a way that matches their individual needs, learning style, and pace. My teaching approach is student-centered, engaging, and focused on building both academic success and confidence. Rather than simply helping students memorize facts, I aim to help them understand concepts deeply so they can apply their knowledge independently. At the beginning of every learning journey, I assess each student's current level of understanding. This allows me to identify their strengths, learning gaps, and preferred learning style. Based on this information, I create personalized lesson plans with clear learning objectives that are appropriate for the student's age, curriculum, and academic goals. During lessons, I explain concepts in simple, easy-to-understand language using real-life examples that students can relate to. I believe that learning becomes more meaningful when students can connect classroom concepts to everyday experiences.
