For me teaching is not only my career it's my passion, however my teaching technique is dynamic. My classes were fun, creative and interesting. I concentrated on individuals ability and then made a lesson plan accordingly, and that helped my students to upgrade their academic result. I never compared my students with each other's ability so they found it easy and comfortable to share their results.My best part is I never gave up on students who were finding it difficult to cope up with their Academics.
