Spanish teacher providing lessons to college students and adults

Hello! My name is Laura! I'm from Bogota, Colombia. I am a doctoral student in biomedical sciences.

My specialty in teaching is mainly focused on science topics, however, a few years ago I started to teach Spanish informally to my friends abroad, and currently, I do it through different platforms.

Spanish is my native language. During my childhood, I learned English on my own through videos, movies, music, and games.

This is why I have incorporated into my practice a teaching method based on intuition, based on these same tools (songs, series, movies, games), but I also base my teaching on autonomous work, rather than on theoretical classes and boring.

In this way, I assure you that you will be able to learn the grammar, but you will also be able to have fluent conversations.
