Joining Gio's online Spanish classes has been such a pleasant and wholesome experience. As a Bosnian and Herzegovinian who is in love with Spanish language, I was never able to find place and people with whom I could practice the language. In that sense, Gio's lessons enabled me to not only practice the language, but to also get direct feedback from native speakers. Besides, the whole concept of the lessons is to gather groups of various people with different cultural backgrounds, religious affiliations, education level, and knowledge of Spanish, which helps us grow even greater solidarity, empathy, and understanding of our similarities and differences. The atmosphere during the lessons is relaxed, welcoming, warm, and entertaining - we are allowed to share and participate to whatever extent and however we feel most comfortable. Hopefully, I will continue to make friends, advance my Spanish and perhaps even start big international language projects thanks to this experience.
