I'm a meditation coach and mindfulness coach specialising in anxiety, stress, confidence and self-worth.
In my sessions I will work with you to develop breathing and meditation techniques to bring you into balance, manage stress and anxiety as well as help you create the brain space that will help you study and retain information.
My sessions take place on Zoom and are 45 minutes long. You can use these sessions to help navigate your way through a difficult time, or integrate them into your regular self-care regime to help reduce the chances of your symptoms re-appearing.
