English expert providing tuition for all ages

I have over 25 years experience working in a variety of settings but mainly mainstream primary education in the UK. I have been a senior leader in two schools and have a wealth of experience as English lead. I have taught English at all levels, and have trained teachers to teach high quality English lessons. Earlier in my career, I worked in language schools in Italy, and also worked as a volunteer teacher trainer in rural China with Voluntary Services Overseas. I have an honours degree in French and Comparative Literature and a secondary PGCE in French and English. I have taught the whole age range, from reception children to adults and pride myself on my excellent relations with students and interesting, motivating approach to teaching and learning.
