I support students to set realistic goals, develop effective study and time-management habits, and build resilience and self-confidence. I use reflective questioning, encouragement and simple wellbeing tools such as grounding or mindfulness techniques where helpful. My approach values progress over outcomes and helps students feel supported, motivated and capable of moving forward with clarity and focus.
