Advert description
My lessons are calm, supportive and tailored to you as an individual. Sessions are usually one-to-one and conversational, creating a safe, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about what’s going on for you — whether that’s academic stress, motivation, confidence, organisation or feeling overwhelmed.
Each session has a gentle structure. We begin by checking in and identifying what feels most important that day. From there, we work together on practical tools such as goal-setting, time management, study habits, focus, or building confidence and resilience. I help you break things down into manageable steps so challenges feel less overwhelming and more achievable.
I bring experience from working with young people, artists and creatives in wellbeing-led and trauma-informed settings. I’m a trained mindfulness and meditation teacher, and I use simple grounding or reflective techniques when helpful — always in a way that feels comfortable and optional. My approach is encouraging rather than pressurised, and focused on progress, not perfection.
Lessons are collaborative and flexible. Some sessions might be more practical and structured, while others may focus on reflection, mindset or motivation. Throughout, my role is to listen, support and help you build skills and confidence that you can use independently in your studies and daily life.
Above all, my lessons are about helping you feel supported, capable and more in control so you can move forward with greater clarity, focus and self-belief.
