I have gained valuable experience working across a variety of schools, such as The Mandeville School and Westfield Academy. My roles have included leading English and maths interventions, supporting students at risk of permanent exclusion, and delivering lessons as a cover teacher. These opportunities have developed my ability to adapt quickly, manage diverse classroom environments, and support learners with a wide range of needs and abilities.

My key strengths include building positive relationships with students, creating supportive and structured learning environments, and breaking down challenging concepts into clear, manageable steps. I am patient, resilient, and reflective, always aiming to boost students’ confidence as well as their academic progress. With experience in both one-to-one and group settings, I am committed to tailoring my approach so that every learner feels motivated, understood, and able to succeed.
