I have a PhD in Plant Biotechnology. I am interested in living life to the fullest and being the best version I can be.

I assist individuals to live a life of purpose by uncovering their passions to allow them to follow their dreams.

I teach concepts related to personal development, emotional intelligence, resilience and adaptability. I believe in getting to the root cause of any issue to allow individuals to move forward in life.

I used to say, work hard and play hard, now I say nothing hard.

I teach by introducing the content or concept.

I would then give as many examples as possible to gain greater understanding.

This would allow for questions and feedback from students.

I would then use real-world examples for students to practice with and apply the knowledge practically.
