Qualified tutor: Maths, Statistics, Qualitative and Quantitative Data Analysis, Machine Learning, IT and Cyber/Info Security

I am a friendly and enthusiastic tutor with lots of patience and an understanding of different learning styles. I don’t overcomplicate matters and like to get to the crux of your own learning challenges. I am very well qualified with excellent results in my own qualifications (which include a BSc in statistics and information systems, MSc in Applied Statistics, and MSc in Cyber Security, as well as a postgraduate teaching qualification: PGCHE in teaching and learning).

I have 20 years of experience in industry, including four years as a lecturer in statistics. I have taught and coached others in a number of areas including: statistical modelling, machine learning, experimental design, data analysis, database design, quantitative and qualitative research, risk management, audit and marketing analytics.

I am happy to travel within the local area (Cardiff, Barry, and surrounds) and can also offer some sessions remotely depending on the subject matter.
