Resilient person with no previous experience. 16 years old but would love to teach kids football

I would love to teach kids preferably 8-14 years old. I know I may have no experience and may not be the most ‘talented’ but what sets me apart from everyone else is I have a very deep passion for football and would do anything to win and I prefer motivation instead of criticism.
