I have 6 years’ experience of teaching Mandarin and I am familiar with recent Chinese language testing system such as, HSK, YCT,GCSE. I have helped students who were especially preparing for those tests and the results have been continually positive. I enjoy being with students. In the past years, I have developed good skills in understating students’ need of different ages by being a good observer and listener. I am flexible to adjust teaching methods and adapt materials context by context to make the lessons more efficient in getting better results while keeping the lessons more enjoyable for students.

I have been awarded the Postgraduate Excellence Award scholarship on my MA TCSOL (Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages) in The University of Nottingham.

My positive thinking has made me a happy person who appreciate small things in life which I think it is important for students because happiness can spread via the daily contact with students and the way of how I deliver lessons.
