I have a genuine interest in student wellbeing and understand that academic pressure can sometimes affect confidence, motivation, and focus. Through supportive and encouraging online sessions, I aim to help students manage stress, build positive study habits, improve organisation and time management, and develop resilience and self-belief.
My approach is empathetic and motivating, creating a safe and positive space where students feel comfortable talking about their challenges, setting goals, and growing both academically and personally.
