Msc Strength & Conditioning Coach

I have completed an MSc in Strength and Conditioning and specialise in applying scientific principles to athletic development and performance. I’ve previously worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with Newport County AFC’s first team, and I’m now based at ION Strength and Conditioning in Cardiff, working with a wide range of athletes. Through my online tutoring, I aim to create an engaging and supportive learning environment where students can connect theory to real-world application. I offer tailored support in strength and conditioning, sport science, and physical education—using my coaching experience to help learners develop both their academic understanding and practical confidence.
