My strengths include understanding the need of the person, breaking the ice, connecting well and delivering their needs over time. I had a wonderful experience at Ufaber. Sometimes, one had to think of teaching methods on the spot and I was credited by my boss back then for having spot on presence of mind. One of the techniques I used on a student, was later incorporated by the company and was absorbed by other trainers as well.
