BIology tutor with many years of experience as a teacher and a scientist

Dear Hiring Committee,
I wish to express my immense interest in the Online Chemistry Tutor position at Findtutors. I have teaching and research experience in different subdisciplines of chemistry, which I believe makes me an ideal candidate for this job.
My current position is Visiting Professor at McGill University, Canada, and Associate Professor at the National University of Río Cuarto, Argentina. Prior to my current position, during my Ph.D., I developed a strong background in biochemistry and photochemistry working with organized systems (reverse micelles) as well as enzymatic reactions and other confined microenvironments. Later as a postdoctoral fellow, I designed and synthesized BODIPY-based fluorescent (off/on) antioxidants to control lipid peroxidation in bacteria, using both photodynamic therapy and super-resolution microscopy in biological models at McGill University, Montreal, Canada. Here, I also gained much experience in cluster and organometallic chemistry, studying the stability of dyes in metal-organic frameworks (MOF). In 2019, I was delighted to visit Prof. Alexander Greer’s laboratory at Brooklyn College with sponsorship from a FULBRIGHT Fellowship. During my stay with Prof. A. Greer, not only did I expand my knowledge in biology, I also worked in computational chemistry with modeling of biomolecule photooxidation using the San Diego Supercomputer Center.
I believe that my teaching experience is very well suited to the needs of your Company. My teaching experience will also fit perfectly with your description of the ideal candidate, I have had greatly enjoyed teaching Biology, Biochemistry, and General Chemistry courses. I have designed and delivered the lectures and created the laboratory material for these three courses. I participate actively deserting in photochemistry/photobiology graduate teaching courses both as coordinator and responsible, and as collaborator. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, I have also had the opportunity to co-teach Organic Chemistry courses for over 4 years. I am very comfortable in teaching General Chemistry, Photochemistry, and Organic Chemistry lecture classes.
