Advert description
Hey all. I am Dave, a 29 year old senior researcher in the world of diagnostic research. I began my journey into the world of molecular biology and beyond over a decade ago, and have picked up a PhD from the University of Durham, and an MPhil and BSc along the way.
Over that time, I've helped students on their way to university, but also guided and mentored undergraduates into postgraduate degrees and beyond. I oversee a private research team in the field of diagnostics and I am an active scientific researcher. I am an expert in molecular biology and protein biochemistry, with formal education in all things biology including physiology, pharmacology, genetics, microbiology, biomedicine and more. You can find my publications online, and I have a great track record of helping budding scientists to get their first paper accepted! Beyond that, I take a highly malleable approach to teaching and tutoring, taking time appreciate the most efficient way to connect with a student and understand their learning approaches.
I have qualified for the World Cup as Team GB for my sport, and this year I will be focusing my efforts on training for that, hence my availability for private tutoring.
