Advert description
I support parents who are navigating the incredibly challenging reality of having a child affected by mental health difficulties or an eating disorder. I also work alongside schools, colleges, and universities to deliver specialist training for teachers, parents, and students.
My aim is to increase understanding, build confidence in having difficult conversations, and ensure people know how to spot risks early and take appropriate action. With a Level 2 accreditation in Self-Harm Awareness and Suicide Prevention, I focus on helping communities feel better equipped, less fearful, and more able to support young people safely and effectively.
I deliver tailored coaching and workshops that support teenagers and adults in building a healthier mindset, stronger resilience, and greater confidence. I help people develop practical skills around mental health, leadership, time management, and positivity so they feel more in control, capable, and able to grow on a deeper personal level.
I also partner with companies who want to create confident, emotionally intelligent leaders and supportive, high-performing teams. Through practical workshops, inspiring talks, and one-to-one coaching, I help organisations improve communication, wellbeing, and performance, while reducing stress and burnout.
My work is always grounded in real-life challenges, not theory. I aim to create safe, engaging spaces where people feel understood, supported, and empowered to thrive at work and beyond.
