Advert description
I have three years’ experience working in both corporate and secure IT environments, where I’ve developed strong practical, real-world technical skills. My work has given me exposure to how IT systems operate in professional settings, as well as the importance of clear processes, problem-solving, and effective communication.
Alongside my hands-on experience, I have completed professional training in IT Service Management (ITIL v4) and multiple CompTIA courses, which have helped strengthen my understanding of core IT concepts such as troubleshooting, systems, and best practices. This combination of practical experience and structured learning allows me to explain not just how things work, but why they work that way.
I understand that not everyone finds computing intuitive, especially when starting out or preparing for exams. Having worked to build my own skills over time, I’m particularly good at breaking down complex or technical topics into simple, step-by-step explanations that are easier to follow and apply. I aim to create a relaxed, supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.
I can help with foundational computing topics, exam preparation, and improving general confidence with IT. Whether you’re completely new to the subject or need help reinforcing what you’ve learned in class, my goal is to make each session clear, practical, and tailored to your needs.
