Advert description
My skills span architectural design, technical drawing, 3D modelling, and a range of industry-standard software, including Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and QGIS. I also have experience in portfolio development and project reviews, having supported students in this capacity during my postgraduate studies at the University of Cambridge. In practice, I have led projects across RIBA Stages 1–5, giving me a broad and current understanding of both the design and technical demands of the profession.
My teaching experience spans both undergraduate and postgraduate level. At the University of Brighton, I tutored students in CAD software and design, and coordinated and taught a Rhino 3D course open to students across architecture and interior architecture. At the University of Cambridge, I supervised undergraduate architecture students in CAD software and portfolio development. Whilst my experience is at university level, I am open to working with students at any stage.
In terms of approach, I favour learning by doing – working through real tasks and problems with students rather than teaching in the abstract. I am comfortable adapting to different levels and learning styles, and would tailor each session to the individual student's needs and goals.
