Leadership Development Tutor - Connecting People, Wellbeing and Performance in the Workplace

I’m a leadership and learning professional with experience designing and delivering leadership and management development programmes, including at the University of Cambridge. I’ve led development programmes for senior managers and delivered nationally recognised leadership and management qualifications.

I hold qualifications through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). I also have experience in organisational development and workplace wellbeing, helping organisations develop people, strengthen workplace cultures and create conditions for both individuals and organisations to thrive.
