I offer high-performance coaching designed to help you build the confidence to lead, speak, and influence effectively in your professional life. This is not just about theory—it is about developing the mindset, communication skills, and presence needed to perform at your best in real-world situations.

I bring a wealth of experience to my coaching. I have been working in the professional world for almost 40 years, with around 30 years dedicated to teaching and developing others. I hold a degree in Business, Spanish, and Information Technology, as well as a professional diploma in Business Spanish from the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the UK. In addition, I am a fully qualified Business and Confidence Coach at Master Coach level.

My coaching is practical, structured, and tailored to your individual goals. Whether you are looking to improve how you communicate in meetings, develop stronger leadership presence, prepare for presentations, or overcome self-doubt, I will work with you to create clear, measurable progress.

I also bring an international perspective to my work. I have worked in Spain for 3 years and in Mexico for 2 years, and I have been living in Panama for over 17 years, using Spanish daily in both professional and personal contexts. This allows me to support clients working across cultures and in global business environments.

Sessions are focused, supportive, and results-driven. I will challenge you, guide you, and help you step into a more confident and capable version of yourself. The aim is not just improvement, but transformation in how you think, communicate, and perform.

My usual rate is £35 per hour for Business Spanish and professional coaching. However, as I am currently building my profile on this platform, I am offering a reduced rate of £25 per hour to get started.
