Maths tutor of all ages up to GCSE

I am a second year student at the University of Nottingham, I got A* in maths at GCSE and an A in maths A-Level. I have been a maths tutor for just under 4 years and have taught all ages up until GCSE. I make maths tutoring engaging and specific for the student dependent on how they learn best. Mistakes are natural and a key part of learning. I work with students on developing a solid understanding of subject knowledge and fine-tuning details to achieve those top grades. My lessons are relaxed and interactive, I want my students to feel comfortable asking questions but also feel like they are pushing themselves. I cater my lessons to the topic area the student wishes to go through, explaining the concept behind the topic, going through examples together and then allowing my student to complete the task themselves.
