I have a primary teaching degree, with 10 years experience in mainstream, before moving into special needs. I have worked in special needs for 14yrs and have taught 7yrs olds to 16yr olds.
I am currently the KS4 leader and teach 14-16yr olds.
I can deliver the core curriculum or something bespoke for a SEN child, this can be ASDAN, PSHE and life skills.
I also prepare pupils for college transition and application.
SEN is personal to me, as I have a non-verbal autistic grandson.
