I bring a combination of real-world leadership experience, professional coaching expertise, and a strong foundation in personal development. My career spans technical roles, senior leadership positions, and consultancy work, including time at Microsoft, where I supported and developed individuals and teams in high-performance environments.
I am a qualified coach (Level 7) and a Chartered Manager (CMI), with extensive experience mentoring and coaching across a range of settings—from early career development through to senior leadership. I have also contributed to programmes such as The King’s Trust Future Leaders Programme, supporting individuals to build confidence, direction, and resilience.
