EDUCTIONAL COVER LETTER.
My name is Job Osigbeme Giwa .I was born in Lagos, Nigeria in 1985.
I hold a National Diploma(ND) In Science Laboratory Technology(SLT), Higher National Diploma(HND) In Chemical sciences, B.SC(Hons) In Chemistry, Post Graduate Diploma In Education(PGDE) and M.Sc. at University of South Wales. My core Subject areas are Chemistry, Mathematics and General Sciences.
My passion , desire and drive for academics and science –based research stems since my early days as a Science students at Secondary School. I was a very active member of both the JET and Science Clubs. I took interest in helping younger kids who were having difficulty with their early years in Sciences and helping them solve problems in mathematics, chemistry and biology. After I obtained my first National Diploma degree In Science Laboratory Technology In 2004 I was attached to a beverage and drinks manufacturing laboratory where, I practically learnt diverse applicable laboratory skills, test methodologies, quality control and instrumentation. I also started Part time teaching at weekends with several tutorial centers in Lagos and Ogun states of Nigeria.
Since 2004, by my projections , I have taught over-students who are doing exceedingly well in all walks of life, Two of them were instrumental to my moving over to the United Kingdom for my M.Sc: Dr. Shobolu Olorede Alice .who is a profound Medical Doctor with the NHS in Cardiff and Angela Emmanuel B.Eng., MBA(Presently the Business Development Manager at Cormart Nigeria) and many other scattered In different parts of the world. I must say that, I am deeply fulfilled knowing that I was part of their science career at Secondary School and College Levels.
Dr. Alice for example , was a former student of mine from a very humble background ,in a very poor rural community in Lagos .In the Summer coaching classes of 2005, her single parenting mom handed her over to me but today she is one of the most recognized doctors at the NHS in Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom. There are several thousands of them in different countries just like Alice who I have taught.
I have a well gifted vocal image and being a product of industrial manufacturing , I understand how well to bridge the group between theoretical science and practicals
