I teach AI to adults. That includes ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude - user training and more advanced use.

I have over 30 years’ experience teaching adults, both one-to-one and in groups. My approach is practical: I introduce concepts and skills, design exercises that let learners apply them to their own real-world use cases, and support them closely when they find something difficult. I am a trained coach and a Certified Trainer of NLP. For 20 years I taught technical subjects such as networking and systems administration, alongside leadership and management. I currently deliver the Level 5 AI Apprenticeship units, which focus on leading and implementing AI in corporate environments, and I design elearning on AI topics for learners to support classroom training, and for enriching AI content in other training programmes.
