I am an enthusiastic individual wanting to help children achieve their very best, no matter their starting point. It is very important to me to build up a good relationship with the children I am teaching, so there is respect and trust there and I can get to know each individual and find out what their likes and dislikes are, and see what they find difficult. I adapt my teaching to the needs of the children I teach and am good at using different strategies for different children to help them make the best progress they can.
