I needed a tutor to improve my confidence when speaking in English so I contacted Michael. His speech is clear and easy to follow. I have learnt about English politeness in conversations which I had not been taught in High-School. My speech has improved: it became more concise and confident. I find it easier to recognise the focus of a conversation and to insert the applicable verbal gestures that make my surrounding feel that I have paid attention to them. My vocabulary has also widened, and I find it easier to adapt my presentations to my audience, thanks to our lessons.
