I am accustomed to dealing with children of all ages. Being approachable and patient I quickly make them feel at ease encouraging them to ask questions without fear of judgement

1. I would first try to assess the child's current level and ask if there were specific areas of focus required
2. Introduce topics by starting with the basic concepts
3. I would try to use real life examples they can relate to explain the core concepts.
4. Provide practice problems to work through together at first to help build confidence.
5. Patiently observe and provide feedback or intervention when required.
