Online Maths tutoring for Key Stage 1 to 4 with an experienced medical student

Hi, my name is Adam. I am a first year medical student at the University of Bristol, with significant experience in tutoring in Maths and French. As a medical student, I know how important it is to be heard and understood, which is why I try my best to adapt my teaching style to each individual student. As a typical framework, I would like to ask my student to sit a baseline assessment so I can see both their strengths and their weaknesses. I would then work systematically through the curriculum with a heavier focus on the student's weaknesses, showing them how to approach and break down a difficult question in order to make it more simple. I would also start each lesson with a couple questions from the previous lesson's topic in order to embed the concept into my student's long term memory. Finally, in the lead up to exams, I would like to sit sets of mock papers with them in order to gauge their improvement in certain areas, and what needs to be covered again.
