Advert description
I have a Bachelors degree in Physics from the University of Leeds and I have had experience working in schools with students through my degree. During this experience, I helped carry out revision sessions for A-level students and observed GCSE classes. This involved helping the students complete past papers and advocating for taking Physics at university level. Through working with students before, I have solidified my understanding of fundamental concepts in physics, and I found I like to take a bottom-up approach with students so they can build up from the basics to complex topics. My degree has also equipped me with strong science communication skills by doing presentations for people of differing knowledge levels, so I know I am capable of helping anyone no matter how challenging they find the topic.
When it comes to revision and practicing past papers, I will always come prepared with hints for each question, in case you need nudging the right direction. However, I still think it is important to reach the answer yourself and enhance your problem solving abilities - this is very useful for exams!
I know Physics can seem like a scary subject (I found it very hard too!), but it is not impossible and I believe anyone can do it if they put their mind to it. Because of these things, I am confident that I can help you understand even the hardest topics and clear up any confusion so you can smash those exams!
